Spilling the tea on my Secret Mom Behavior

Aside from launching a new business, celebrating the holidays, and mommy duties… I needed a breather and a little alone time! I spent the first couple weeks of January slowing down, not doing too much and not uttering a word about starting a new diet or making any exercise promises I knew I wouldn't keep. Instead I decided to carve out some much deserved Me Time and partaking in some very Secret Mommy Behavior: I forced myself to take a couple naps while my little one was at school which I never do, but plan to do A LOT more, I spent time sipping coffee with friends I hadn't seen, I binge watched The Orginals - I have no idea why I chose this show but there was something fun about watching aging vampires wearing fashion from the mid-aughts (hello long tunics with skinny jeans and ankle boots!), I also watched Saltburn AND Priscilla as a double feature (thank goodness I was home alone because Saltburn was an… uhem… interesting movie!), I made Spam and sticky rice and ate it all myself, and I was happy to take down all the holiday knick knacks so we could have our living room (and sanity!) back.

 

But between all the naps and having fun, something interesting happened. My heart and mind opened up to all kinds of ideas for Little Canyon! Lots of BIG things are coming starting in February and I know you're not going to want to miss any of it. We'll be celebrating Lunar New Year and a new promotion you're going to absolutely love if you're a busy parent that likes to shop fast and easy. But what am I really excited about are the new styles we're launching and I can't wait to share them with you!
